Level Contracts Project management/Principal Contractors


Level Contracts have the capabilities to act as project managers for your shop-fit.  We have qualified staff capable of running a site with Level as principal contractor (responsible for all design and implementation aspects under CDM 2015 rules), and either directly employing our own sub-contractors to fulfil the project, or to liaise with your incumbent suppliers to help integrate the different aspects of the job and ensure it runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Our any of our sites as a minimum we would supply:

CPP (Construction Phase Plan) – a detailed description of the activities involved and all principal personnel from the client through to all sub-contractors.

RAMS for all tasks and elements (Risk Assessment & Method Statement)

SMSTS qualified site supervisor

First Aider
