The Level Contracts Process

Enquiry

We receive most of our enquiries usually via our website, but occasionally via recommendations.  We will listen to your plans and time scale and arrange a site visit.

Consultation

At the site meeting we will take measurements of all your existing structures and the planned new works.  We can advise on design schemes, implications to budgets and site impact for various products and materials.

Design Agreement + Costings

After the site visit (or further visits) we will work with you together to finalise a design that fits your budget and your business aspirations.

Cost Approval

Once we’ve shaken hands on the design we’ll ask for a deposit before we start work (most often furniture and unitary is bespoke and unique and therefore has no value if the project is curtailed for an unseen reason).  Site schedule & commencement date agreed.

Build

We arrive on site with our skilled joiners and fitters and get to work.  No-one likes last minute changes, but we are used to the vagaries of the shop-fitting business, and so do our best to accommodate any last minute changes to design or finishes.

Handover

We handover the newly finished and sparkling premises on time for the official re-opening.
